Problem
- A need to refresh the website’s look, implement modern solutions, and align its design and tone with the company’s communication on social media.
- The website contains redundant subpages while lacking essential, structured information.
- The website outlines services but doesn’t provide a clear CTA to become a cluster member.
Solution
We began the project by rebuilding the site’s informational architecture: restructured navigation and sections in each page resulted in the membership application becoming the main CTA on the website. Services are now secondary to membership with CTA sections for both placed throughout the website strategically. We divided the contact/services and membership flows by creating separate pages for each form. A clear member directory page was also created.
A comprehensive design and variable system was created using Figma (ready for expansion and/or new company products). We adapted the UI design to align with the company’s communication on LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
The website was developed with Laravel, ensuring consistent component behavior and faster future development. The content was prepared together with the client – we provided guidance on scope and context to ensure content clarity and purposefulness.
The entire website has been carefully optimised for all screen sizes, with light and dark UI modes implemented. The result is a cohesive, scalable, and membership-oriented experience – from first visit to application submission.
Results
The new website offers a streamlined structure and intuitive user journey focused on membership conversion. Clear navigation, dedicated pages for each form, services and a member directory make information easy to access. Consistent visuals across all channels, responsive design, and dual UI modes ensure a polished, adaptable experience that’s ready to grow with the company.
